- cooking oil

Marinate the Boneless & Skinless Chicken.
heat oil in a frying pan, saute onion & garlic, cook until soft brown, add capsicum, tomatoes, shallots, tomato ketchup, chilli and cook for few minutes then add chicken and cook until tender.
