Nepal festival was held in Brisbane 2010 at Musgrave park, west end, Brisbane, with the slogan of ”Bringing Nepal at your Doorstep”. This festival was jointly organised by Non-Resident Nepali Association Australia and Embassy of Nepal, Canberra in conjunction with Nepalese Consulate Offices NSW/Victoria and Nepalese Community organisations in Australia.
On this occasion, the music program was performed by a pop team from Nepal 1974 Ad, including living Nepalese in Brisbane. It was not only for Nepali festival but also was set for Nepalese women festival ‘TEEJ”.
Shops, food stall, information stalls were also set up on this occasion.
